Steps:

  • Coat a 10-in. fluted tube pan with cooking spray and dust with 1 tablespoon cocoa; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and remaining cocoa. 2 ⅜ cups self-rising flour
1.063 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter and dust with flour a 10 inch bundt tin.

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

8 ounces soft margarine
1 1/2 cups skim milk or 1 1/2 cups whole milk, works just fine
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 tablespoon vinegar
