Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor and texture of your breakfast bake. Look for eggs that are free-range and organic, and use thick-cut bacon that has a good smoky flavor.
  • Don't overcook the eggs: The eggs should be cooked through but still slightly runny in the center. This will give them a creamy, custardy texture.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: This will add flavor, color, and nutrients to your breakfast bake. Some good options include bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes.
  • Season the bake well: Don't be afraid to use plenty of salt and pepper. You can also add other spices, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Serve the bake with your favorite toppings: Some good options include salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.
