Tips:

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor. Look for a chocolate that is at least 30% cacao.
  • To make sure your pie crust is flaky, use a food processor to blend the butter and flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • When adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, do not overmix. Overmixing will result in a tough pie crust.
  • To prevent the cherries from sinking to the bottom of the pie, toss them with a little bit of flour before adding them to the pie filling.
  • Bake the pie in a preheated oven. This will help ensure that the pie crust is cooked through.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving. This will give the filling time to set.

Conclusion:

This easy white chocolate cherry pie is the perfect dessert for any occasion. It is rich, creamy, and bursting with cherry flavor. The white chocolate ganache topping adds a touch of elegance and sophistication. Follow these tips to make sure your pie turns out perfectly.
