EASY (AND TASTY) TUNA SALAD FOR ONE
I made this up all by myself. My mom and I are big tuna eaters. I eat tuna everyday and I find this to be the EASIEST and TASTIEST way I can possibly make my tuna salad for my lunch everyday. It's very quick and takes me about 5 minutes, it's also low fat and good for you. My mom tells me all the time that she loves it. I enjoy it as well, I eat this tuna salad nearly every day for lunch at school. I eat it with crackers, on bread or plain with some fruit, the Mrs. Dash gives it a great flavor, I always keep Mrs. Dash on hand. I hope you like it. It's a recipe concocted by a 15 year old chef. lol.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together except for peas.
- Add peas last, careful not to smash them. Place 1-2 T mixture in the middle of each romaine leaf.
- Grate lime zest over the top, if desired.
Tips:
- Use high-quality tuna: Opt for tuna that is packed in water or olive oil, and avoid tuna that is packed in brine or oil, as these can alter the flavor and texture of the salad.
- Choose the right mayonnaise: Use a mayonnaise that is made with high-quality ingredients, such as eggs, oil, and vinegar. Avoid mayonnaise that contains artificial flavors or preservatives.
- Add some crunch: Incorporate crunchy vegetables like celery, onion, and cucumber into your tuna salad for added texture and flavor.
- Use fresh herbs: Fresh herbs, such as dill, parsley, and chives, can add a pop of flavor and freshness to your tuna salad.
- Don't overmix: Overmixing the tuna salad can result in a mushy texture. Mix the ingredients gently until they are just combined.
- Chill before serving: Chilling the tuna salad for at least 30 minutes before serving allows the flavors to meld and develop.
