2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans vegetable broth
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 ounces cheese-filled egg tortellini, dry

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh vegetables, herbs, and cheese will give your soup the best flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pot: If you add too much tortellini or spinach to the pot, the soup will be too thick and the tortellini won't cook evenly.
  • Simmer the soup for at least 15 minutes: This will allow the flavors to meld and the tortellini to cook through.
  • Season the soup to taste: Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste before serving.
  • Serve the soup with a side of crusty bread or a salad: This will make a complete and satisfying meal.

Conclusion:

Tortellini spinach soup is a delicious and easy-to-make soup that is perfect for a quick and healthy meal. With a few simple ingredients and steps, you can have a delicious and hearty soup that the whole family will enjoy.
