Tips:

  • Use high-quality tortellini. Fresh or frozen tortellini will work well in this soup. If you're using dried tortellini, be sure to cook it according to package directions before adding it to the soup.
  • Don't overcrowd the pot. If you're using a lot of tortellini, you may need to cook it in batches. Overcrowding the pot will prevent the tortellini from cooking evenly.
  • Season the soup to taste. The amount of salt and pepper you add will depend on your personal preference. Be sure to taste the soup before serving and adjust the seasonings accordingly.
  • Add some extra vegetables. If you want to make your soup even more hearty, you can add some extra vegetables, such as diced carrots, celery, or zucchini.
  • Serve with a side of bread or salad. Tortellini soup is a great meal on its own, but it can also be served with a side of bread or salad.

Conclusion:

Tortellini soup is a quick and easy meal that's perfect for a busy weeknight. It's also a great way to use up leftover tortellini. With a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious and satisfying soup that the whole family will love.
