1 (1 1/4 ounce) pkt. taco seasoning

Steps:

  • Remove the lid and plastic portion contol top of your dressing bottle.
  • Pour 1/2-3/4 cup of dressing into a pyrex bowl with spout and set aside.
  • Using a funnel, add the entire seasoning pkt. to your ranch bottle.
  • Put the lid on and shake to completely mix together.
  • Tap bottom of bottle on counter to free up extra space at the top.
  • Add what you can of the remaining dressing to the bottle. (it won't all fit).

1 bottle of western dressing

  • 1. brown hamburger, drain fat. Add Chi Chi's taco seasoning to meat and cook as directed
  • 2. Just make your bowl up with a layer of lettuce, hamburger,tomatoe,onion, cheese and crush doritos over the top of it, than mix whatever amount of western dressing into salad and top off with sour cream.
  • 3. We make up our own individual bowls that way the lettuce or doritos don't get soggy.

Once the meat mixture is cool add it to your salad mixture...add the doritoes and the dressing. Stir up really good. Let your guests plate their own. We put doritoes on bottom, then salad, then a dollop of sour cream to top it all off!! ENJOY!!
