14 large white button or cremini mushrooms; cleaned, stems removed and reserved
3 Tbsp butter
4 clove garlic; minced
1 1/4 c fresh bread crumbs
reserved mushroom stems; chopped fine
1 tsp dried oregano
5 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
salt/pepper; to taste
FINAL TOPPING
1 c finely shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
