Pour the egg mixture over the bread cut/pork mixture. Drain some liquid (approx. 1 T.) off of green chiles and spread over top of casserole. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove casserole from refrigrator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
