2 pounds ground beef
1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 cup water
2 yellow onions, chopped
1 cup converted raw rice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
½ teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until lightly browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard fat.

2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
2 (1.25 ounce) packages taco seasoning, reduced sodium
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
