Tips:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree for the best flavor. You can make your own puree by roasting a pumpkin and then blending the flesh until smooth.
  • If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, you can make your own by combining ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • Be sure to measure your flour correctly. Too much flour will make the muffins dry and dense.
  • Line your muffin tins with paper liners to make cleanup easy.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Conclusion:

These pumpkin spice muffins are the perfect fall treat. They're moist, flavorful, and full of warm spices. They're also easy to make and can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. So next time you're looking for a delicious and festive treat, give these pumpkin spice muffins a try.
