1 oz Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
1 tbsp flour (or rice flour)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3/4 cup dry white wine
2/3 cup drained canned diced tomatoes
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried basil)
1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried oregano)
cubes of crusty bread
pepperoni sticks
salami cubes
cooked sausage chunks
bell pepper chunks
mushrooms
grape tomatoes
ham
pineapple

Steps:

  • In a bowl combine the mozzarella, Parmesan and flour. Mix well to coat the cheese with flour. Set aside.

1-1/2 teaspoons fennel seed
