Tips:

  • Use fresh pineapple: Fresh pineapple gives the bread pudding a more vibrant flavor than canned pineapple. If you can't find fresh pineapple, you can use canned pineapple, but be sure to drain it well and rinse it before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the bread pudding tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Bake the bread pudding until it is set: The bread pudding is done baking when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the toothpick comes out with wet batter, bake the bread pudding for a few minutes longer.
  • Serve the bread pudding warm or cold: Bread pudding can be served warm or cold. If you are serving it warm, let it cool for a few minutes before serving. If you are serving it cold, chill it for at least 2 hours before serving.

Conclusion:

Pineapple bread pudding is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up leftover pineapple, and it can be served warm or cold. With its sweet and tangy flavor, pineapple bread pudding is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
