**Peanut Clusters: A Sweet and Crunchy Treat for Any Occasion**
Peanut clusters are a classic candy treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with just a few simple ingredients and can be easily customized to your liking. This recipe article provides three variations of peanut clusters: classic, chocolate-covered, and caramel-drizzled.
The classic peanut clusters are made with peanuts, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla extract. They are cooked until the sugar and corn syrup reach the hard crack stage, then poured onto a greased baking sheet. Once they have cooled, they are broken into clusters.
The chocolate-covered peanut clusters are made by dipping the classic peanut clusters in melted chocolate. They can be drizzled with white chocolate or sprinkled with chopped nuts or candy sprinkles.
The caramel-drizzled peanut clusters are made by drizzling the classic peanut clusters with melted caramel. They can also be sprinkled with chopped nuts or candy sprinkles.
No matter which variation you choose, peanut clusters are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is sure to please everyone.
EASY PEANUT CLUSTERS
This candy is a must for gifts, parties, or special occasions, especially if your time is limited. NOTE: The butterscotch chips will NOT melt. When they are soft, they look shiney. Do not overcook, as the chocolate will burn. You may use more peanuts if desired. I usually throw in more to make sure the last pieces have some nuts in them.
