1 cup water
3 tablespoons instant tapioca
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
2 teaspoons white sugar

1 onion, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons oil
