EASY LOWER SUGAR BANANA FLAX BREAD

Easy Lower Sugar Banana Flax Bread image

This is more of a moderated version of a baking mix banana bread, made with less sugar and the addition of flax seeds for an omega boost! I picked the recipe up off a website somewhere and wrote it down on a note pad. I altered the sugar and honey amounts, and added the flax.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter they will be, and the less sugar you will need to add to the bread.
  • Mash the bananas well. This will help to incorporate them into the batter and make the bread more moist.
  • Use a flax egg instead of a regular egg. This will help to bind the ingredients together and make the bread more nutritious.
  • Add a little bit of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter. This will give the bread a warm, autumnal flavor.
  • Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This will ensure that the bread is cooked through.

Conclusion:

This easy lower-sugar banana flax bread is a delicious and healthy way to start your day. It is packed with fiber and nutrients, and it is also low in sugar and calories. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast or a healthy snack, this bread is a great option.
