1 box yellow cake mix (for 9x13 size cake)
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted but cooled
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c salted caramel or butterscotch chips
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/2 c nuts (cashews, walnuts or pecans)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 glass pan with PAM or grease lightly with shortening.
  • 2. In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs and melted butter. Stir just to combine.
  • 3. Add chips, nuts and coconut, mix just to combine- don't over mix.
  • 4. Place batter in pan and push into place, I find it easier using my hands. Even the dough out in the pan.
  • 5. Bake 20-23 minutes until golden brown, do not undercook! Cool completely, cut into squares to serve.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix cookie mix, cocoa, softened butter, water and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Stir in 1/2 cup of the peanut butter chips and the sprinkles.
