My children ALL love it - from the toddler to the teen! And it's so easy that even my non-cooking husband can whip this up! The longer you marinate the chicken, the better it is!

Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and tools ready. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
  • Choose the Right Ginger: Use fresh ginger for the best flavor. Look for ginger that is plump and has smooth, unwrinkled skin.
  • Slice the Ginger Thinly: This will help the ginger infuse its flavor into the chicken more easily.
  • Use Fresh Lemon Juice: Fresh lemon juice has a brighter, more vibrant flavor than bottled lemon juice.
  • Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken is best when it is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Overcooking will make the chicken dry and tough.
