¾ cup white sugar

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Tips:

  • Use fresh lemons: Fresh lemon juice and zest provide the best flavor for these brownies. If you don't have fresh lemons on hand, you can use store-bought lemon juice and zest, but the flavor will be less intense.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the brownies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached: Overbaking the brownies will make them dry and crumbly. If you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, you will know the edges are crispy and the middle is not gooey like fudge. Allow the brownies to cool completely before frosting.
  • Use a good quality chocolate: The quality of the chocolate you use will have a big impact on the flavor of the brownies. Use a chocolate that you enjoy eating on its own.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are many ways to customize these brownies. You can add nuts, chocolate chips, or other mix-ins. You can also try different types of chocolate, such as white chocolate or dark chocolate.

Conclusion:

These easy lemon brownies are a delicious and refreshing treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients and are easy to make. With their bright lemon flavor and fudgy texture, these brownies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
