1 lb cooked ham, cut in bite size pieces
3 Tbsp butter
1 medium onion chopped fine
1/2 c sweet bell pepper chopped fine
1 c sour cream

COOK MACARONI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. WHEN DONE COOKING DRAIN AND SET ASIDE

  • 1. Heat butter in skillet. Add onions and stir and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add ham and bell pepper and cook an additional 5 minutes.
