Tips:

- Use large shrimp for grilling. Smaller shrimp can easily overcook and become chewy.
- Marinate the shrimp in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs before grilling. This will enhance the shrimp's flavor and prevent it from drying out.
- Skewers are a great way to grill shrimp. This prevents the shrimp from falling through the grates and makes them easy to flip.
- If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using. This will prevent them from burning on the grill.
- Grill the shrimp over medium-high heat. This will cook the shrimp quickly and evenly.
- Do not overcrowd the grill. Leave some space between the shrimp so that they cook evenly.
- Flip the shrimp halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
