Time 20m

Yield 6-8 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

6 -8 pork chops
2 -3 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (divided)
1/8 teaspoon celery seed (divided)

Steps:

  • Rub both sides of the chops with the Kitchen Bouquet.
  • Sprinkle the chops with half of the garlic salt and celery seed on each side.
  • Grill or broil on medium to medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side for thin chops or 8-10 minutes per side for thicker chops OR until medium-well or well-done, according to personal preference.
  • Do not overcook or they will be dry.

Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops: Look for bone-in, center-cut pork chops that are about 1 inch thick. These will cook evenly and stay moist.
  • Preheat your grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat before cooking the pork chops. This will help to sear the outside of the chops and keep them juicy.
  • Season the pork chops: Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices before grilling. This will help to enhance the flavor of the chops.
  • Grill the pork chops: Grill the pork chops for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to flip the pork chops halfway through cooking to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Let the pork chops rest: Let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chops, making them more tender and flavorful.
