1 (19 ounce) can chili with beans (Hormel brand preferred)
8 ounces jalapeno jack cheese, shredded
Doritos
lettuce, shredded and chopped (optional)
black olives, sliced (optional)
avocado, cubed (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a pie pan with cooking spray (Pam).
  • Spread cream cheese in bottom of prepared pie pan or an 8x8 pan (or use individual ramekins).

2 can(s) hormel chili (with or without beans)
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat chili as directed. While waiting.. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking dish. Spread it out evenly, making sure bottom is covered out to each side. Pour hot chili over cream cheese, cover chili with full pkg of shredded cheese, put in the microwave for 3-4 minutes to full melt the cheese. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve with your favorite tortilla chips! I use Tostito Resturant Style.
