EASY CHICKEN CAESAR WRAPS
This is another of those wonderful recipes that my friend and caterer Cyndy Totten makes. I never was a fan of Caesar dressing and was shocked to hear that it was in this wrap. This is positively an awesome wrap. The combination of ingredients may sound strange...but wait until you taste it. It is absolutely wonderful. Note*** 2 halves equal 1 serving.

EASY ASIAN CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS
This one came from the back of a teriyaki sauce bottle. It's easy, a great low carb appetizer or main dish paired with a salad. And can be altered for a more filling dish by omitting the lettuce and using flour tortillas instead!

EASY CHICKEN & RICE WRAPS BY RICE-A-RONI RECIPE - (4.4/5)

Steps:
- 1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté rice-vermicelli mix with margarine until vermicelli is golden brown. 2. Slowly stir in 2 cups water, salsa, chicken and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is no longer pink inside. 3. Stir in beans and corn; let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve in tortillas with cheese and sour cream, if desired. Tip To warm tortillas, wrap them in aluminum foil and bake in a 350°F oven for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep them in the oven until ready to serve.
Tips:
- Choose the right chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are the best choice for this recipe, as they cook quickly and evenly. You can also use chicken thighs, but they will take a little longer to cook.
- Cook the chicken properly. To ensure that the chicken is cooked through, cook it over medium heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use fresh, flavorful ingredients. The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your wraps will taste. Use fresh vegetables, herbs, and cheese, and choose a flavorful dressing.
- Don't overstuff the wraps. If you overstuff them, they will be difficult to roll and eat. Aim for about 1/2 cup of filling per wrap.
- Serve the wraps immediately. Chicken wraps are best served fresh, so make them just before you're ready to eat them.
Conclusion:
Chicken wraps are a delicious, versatile, and easy-to-make meal that can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner, or a snack. They're also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With so many different ways to customize them, you're sure to find a combination that you love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give chicken wraps a try. You won't be disappointed!
