1 cup uncooked white rice
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ⅞ cups water
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread rice in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Rinse chicken and pat dry; arrange chicken pieces on top of rice.
  • Mix soup and water together and pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top. Cover and seal TIGHTLY with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!

0.25 (10 1/2 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 ounce) can 98% fat free white chicken meat
1/2 cup frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/4-1/2 cup shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Measure out soup and place in regular size glass bowl.
  • Drain canned chicken and dump in bowl.
  • Cook broccoli until fork tender in microwave or on stove top, drain and place on top of chicken.
  • Measure out cheese and stir all ingredients together.
  • Place in microwave, uncovered.
  • Cook on High for 3 minutes.
  • Stir.
  • Cook another 2-3 minutes or until the casserole is hot all the way through.

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 each potatoes, peeled and cubed, or more to taste
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups canned chicken, drained
½ cup milk
⅓ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with olive oil.
  • Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until halfway cooked, about 10 minutes. Drain and place in the prepared baking dish.

1 (16 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted

3 tablespoons red wine
3/4 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
2 lbs chicken breasts or 2 lbs chicken pieces
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees F.
