1 3/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, minced (about 1 cup)
1 carton (14.5 ounces) Campbell's® Savory Portobello Mushroom Soup
6 ounces (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach (about 8 cups)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Season the chicken as desired. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet. 2. Add the onion to the skillet and cook until the onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the soup and heat to a boil. 1 can(s) campbell's cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1/2 c water
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen cut leaf spinach
1 can(s) (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 pkg (16 oz) about (3 cups) uncooked tube shape pasta(penne)
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Stir the soup, water, chicken, tomatoes and spinach in a 13x9x2 inch (3 qrt) shallow baking dish. cover.
  • 2. Bake at 375 degree F for 20 mins. Stir. Cook the pasta according to the pkg directions while the chicken is baking. Drain the pasta and stir hot cooked pasta in the dish.
  • 3. Bake for 10 mins more or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 mins or until cheese melts and serve.
