Time 1h10m

Number Of Ingredients 6

500 g grams of pasta fettuccine
250 g chicken breast, cut into pieces
250 g mushrooms, cut into pieces
4 Tbsp chopped onions
250 ml cream
250 ml boiling water, with salt

Steps:

  • 1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water that has been given salt and cooking oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes then remove and set aside.
  • 2. Fry chicken breast until it turns brown, set aside
  • 3. Sauté garlic, parsley, onions and mushrooms using butter until cooked.
  • 4. Add fettuccine to the pan.
  • 5. Stir well.
  • 6. Add the egg yolks, cream, and cheese.
  • 7. Stir slightly and cook until the cheese is melted and eggs are done.
  • 8. Serve immediately with a sprinkling of cheese on top

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients whenever possible. Fresh chicken, fettuccine pasta, and Parmesan cheese will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken. If you do, the chicken will steam instead of brown.
  • Cook the chicken until it is cooked through, but not overcooked. Overcooked chicken will be tough and dry.
  • Make sure the sauce is thick and creamy before adding the chicken and pasta. If the sauce is too thin, it will not coat the pasta properly.
  • Garnish the dish with fresh parsley or chives before serving. This will add a touch of color and flavor.

Conclusion:

Easy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken.
