Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh ingredients always yield the best results. If possible, try to use fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices.
  • Cook the Pasta Al Dente: Al dente means "to the tooth" in Italian, and it refers to the ideal doneness of pasta. Pasta should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Pan: When cooking the chicken and vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
  • Use a Large Pot: When cooking the pasta, use a large pot so that the pasta has plenty of room to move around.
  • Season to Taste: Always taste your dish before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed.
