Tips:
- Soften Butter Properly: Make sure the butter is softened to room temperature before creaming it with the sugar. This will help ensure the cookies have a smooth and creamy texture.
- Chill the Dough: After mixing the dough, chill it for at least 30 minutes before shaping and baking. This will help prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
- Filling the Cookies: When filling the cookies, be sure to use a small spoon or piping bag to add just the right amount of filling to the center of each cookie.
- Baking Temperature: Bake the cookies at the recommended temperature and for the specified amount of time. Overbaking can cause the cookies to become dry and crumbly.
- Let Cookies Cool: Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before enjoying them. This will help prevent the filling from oozing out.
