½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 ounces finely chopped ham
1 pie shell
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
