  • Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool 2 minutes; turn upside down onto serving plate.
  • Serve warm.

Tips:

  • Precise measurements: Baking is a science, so accurate measurements are crucial. Use a kitchen scale to weigh ingredients for the most precise results.
  • Quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the biscuits will taste. Use high-quality butter, flour, and sugar.
  • Creaming butter and sugar: This step is essential for creating a light and fluffy biscuit. Cream the butter and sugar together until they are light and creamy.
  • Don't overmix: Overmixing the dough will make the biscuits tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough: Chilling the dough before baking helps to prevent the biscuits from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Bake at a high temperature: Baking the biscuits at a high temperature helps to create a crispy exterior and a soft and fluffy interior.

These easy caramel biscuits are the perfect treat for any occasion. They are simple to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With their buttery flavor and gooey caramel filling, these biscuits are sure to be a hit. So next time you are looking for a sweet treat, give these caramel biscuits a try.
