2 tablespoons Hungry Jack® Original Syrup
2 ¼ cups Hungry Jack® Pancake and Waffle Mix, divided
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons Hungry Jack® Original Syrup, divided
¼ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon pancake syrup
¾ cup confectioners' sugar

Tips:

  • For the best results, use fresh apples. Granny Smith apples are a good choice because they hold their shape well when cooked.
  • If you don't have caramel sauce, you can make your own by melting 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of butter, and 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
  • If you want your cinnamon rolls to be extra gooey, add an extra 1/4 cup of caramel sauce to the filling.
  • Be careful not to overproof the cinnamon rolls. If they proof for too long, they will become too puffy and may collapse when you bake them.
  • Bake the cinnamon rolls until they are golden brown and the caramel sauce is bubbling.

Conclusion:

These caramel apple cinnamon rolls are the perfect fall treat. They are soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. The caramel sauce and apple filling make them irresistible. If you are looking for a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or snack, these cinnamon rolls are the perfect choice.
