Tips:

  • Choose the right zucchini: Look for small to medium-sized zucchini that are firm and have smooth skin. Avoid zucchini that are large, have blemishes, or are soft.
  • Grate the zucchini: Use a box grater or a food processor to grate the zucchini. Grating the zucchini helps to release its moisture and makes it easier to mix with the other ingredients.
  • Squeeze out the excess moisture: After grating the zucchini, place it in a colander and use a paper towel to squeeze out the excess moisture. This will help to prevent the zucchini squares from being too watery.
  • Use fresh ingredients: For the best flavor, use fresh ingredients whenever possible. This includes fresh zucchini, eggs, milk, and flour.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make the zucchini squares tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Bake the zucchini squares until they are golden brown: The zucchini squares are done baking when they are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Conclusion:

These easy Bisquick zucchini squares are a delicious and versatile side dish that can be served with a variety of meals. They are also a great way to use up leftover zucchini. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have a delicious and satisfying dish that the whole family will enjoy.
