This is one of the best baked spaghetti casseroles I have ever made that was so easy to put together. I am not sure where I got the recipe. My family and friends love this recipe. Serve with a nice loaf of garlic bread.

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 lb angel hair pasta noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of tomato soup
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  • Prepare noodles according to directions on package.
  • Drain well.
  • In a large skillet, add beef, onion, peppers and garlic. Brown until pink is gone out of the beef. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the meat mixture with the soups, water, seasonings, and spaghetti noodles.
  • Spray a 9x13 inch glass dish with Pam and spread mixture into dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in oven 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
  • *Note: You may add Mozzarella cheese to the cheddar cheese for more of a cheesier bake.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook spaghetti in a large pot with plenty of water, until ALMOST done and drain.
  • Coat the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan (or two 8 inch pans.) with pasta sauce.
  • Layer the spaghetti, remaining sauce, and the shredded cheese in the pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

1 lb spaghetti
1 bottle spaghetti sauce
1 bag(s) cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. per-heat oven to 350. Boil spaghetti noddles for about 8-10 minutes or until tender & drain.
  • 2. Brown ground beef. Add in spaghetti sauce & simmer for 10 minutes. Add in noddles & 1 cup of cheese. Mix well.
  • 3. Pour in 9x9 banking dish. Top with more cheese. Cover & bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

1 medium sweet onion chopped
2 clove garlic minced
5 c marinara sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 c shredded mozzarella
2/3 c shredded italian blend
fresh chopped italian parsley for garnish
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook spaghetti according to box instructions and drain well.
  • 2. Meanwhile in large deep ovenproof skillet over medium heat brown sausage. When sausage is almost completely browned add onion and cook for 4-5 minutes; or until slightly soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Stir in marinara. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. Top with mozzarella and Italian blend. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  • 4. Top with parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
