2 tablespoons butter
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 (16 ounce) jar prepared Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil; boil the ravioli until it floats and the filling is hot, 6 to 8 minutes; drain.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet, season with the Italian seasoning, and cook and stir until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle, about 15 minutes.

6 oz canned sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz cooked ham, cubed
15 oz jarred alfredo sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325F. Coat a 8x8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2. Cook ravioli per package instructions. Drain.
  • 3. Put ravioli in bottom of baking dish. Top with mushrooms and ham, then pour Alfredo sauce over top.
