EASY BAKED MEATBALLS WITH TWO SAUCE OPTIONS

Easy Baked Meatballs With Two Sauce Options image

What an easy recipe, and only 4 ingredients. This was on the cover of the newest issue of Kraft's "What's Cooking" magazine. I did add minced garlic and some Italian seasoning....just couldn't help myself :) I baked the meatballs on a rack to eliminate excess fat. Two sauce options were given as serving suggestions. I have listed them in the instructions so that they will not interfere with the nutritional values of the meatballs. These are terrific for freezing, making future meals even faster.

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, cheese-grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
splash water

  • bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use a combination of ground beef and ground pork. This will give the meatballs a more flavorful and tender texture.
  • Add some grated Parmesan cheese to the meatball mixture. This will help to bind the meatballs together and give them a cheesy flavor.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Panko breadcrumbs will help to keep the meatballs moist and fluffy.
  • Don't overmix the meatball mixture. Overmixing will make the meatballs tough.
