Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen cranberries. Fresh cranberries are available in the fall and winter months, while frozen cranberries are available year-round. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them before using.

  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will result in a tough bread. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.

  • Bake the bread in a loaf pan. A loaf pan will help the bread to rise evenly. If you don't have a loaf pan, you can use a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing. This will help the bread to hold its shape and prevent it from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Cranberry bread is a delicious and festive bread that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be made with fresh or frozen cranberries. This recipe for easy all-cranberry bread is a great way to use up leftover cranberries or to enjoy the taste of cranberries year-round.
