EASY 30 MINUTE PIZZA CRUST
Steps:
- In a large bowl mix together 2 cups of bread flour, sugar, salt, and Fleischmann's® RapidRise™ Yeast.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the warm water. Using your hands, mix everything together until it forms a dough. The dough will be sticky, but don't worry, it will come together once you knead it!
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead the dough for 5 minutes or until the texture of the dough starts to smooth out. Makes three hearty pizza crusts. This dough can also be used to make calzones or can be frozen for later use.

- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water. Let sit until creamy; about 10 minutes.
- Stir the olive oil, whole wheat flour, salt and 4 cups of the bread flour into the yeast mixture. Mix in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition. Based on my swear-by recipe Recipe #420921 and another dough recipe. 1 1/2 cup AP flour + 1 1/2 tbsp vital wheat gluten = 1 1/2 cup bread flour. Fast-rise active dry yeast speeds this up too; and it's okay if you use a 0.25-oz packet instead of measuring out 2 tsp of yeast from a jar if you reduce the rising time.
