1 ½ cups oats
¼ cup raisins
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 ounces peanut butter, slightly melted
1 egg white, beaten
1 ½ teaspoons honey

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups oatmeal

Steps:

  • Melt together margarine, peanut butter and honey.
  • Add vanilla and salt.
  • Add oatmeal and toss to coat completely.
  • Spread on baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375 about 10 minutes. Stir after 5 minutes.
  • Store at room temperature in sealed container.
