Tips:

- Use good quality Earl Grey tea. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the biscuits. - Be sure to sift the flour and baking powder together before adding them to the other ingredients. This will help to ensure that the biscuits are light and fluffy. - Don't overwork the dough. Overworking the dough will make the biscuits tough. - Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out. This will help to make the biscuits more tender. - Bake the biscuits at a high temperature (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for a short amount of time (10-12 minutes). This will help to ensure that the biscuits are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. - Let the biscuits cool on a wire rack before serving. This will help to prevent them from becoming soggy.

Earl Grey tea biscuits are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea or coffee, and they can also be served as a dessert or snack. With their delicate Earl Grey flavor and crispy texture, these biscuits are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
