Tips for Making the Best Eagles Tailgating Burgers

  • Use high-quality ground beef. The better the beef, the better the burgers will be. Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean.
  • Season the beef well. Don't be afraid to use a generous amount of salt and pepper, as well as other spices like garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Mix the beef gently. Overmixing the beef will make the burgers tough. Just mix it enough to combine the ingredients.
  • Form the burgers into patties that are about 3/4-inch thick. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Cook the burgers over medium heat. This will help them cook through without burning the outside.
  • Flip the burgers only once. Flipping them too often will make them dry.
  • Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the burgers.

Conclusion

Eagles tailgating burgers are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any tailgate party. With a few simple tips, you can make burgers that are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. So fire up the grill and get ready to enjoy some delicious burgers with your friends and family.
