Steps:
- Line a sheet pan with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
- Place strawberries in a large bowl. Cover completely with vodka (add more if needed). Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 5 hours if time allows.
- Drain strawberries, reserve vodka for future use. Thoroughly pat strawberries dry with paper towel. (The chocolate will not stick if the strawberries are not dried well).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate, milk chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
- Pierce the stem-end of a strawberry with a fork and dip strawberry into the melted chocolate. Lift strawberry just above the bowl and twist around a couple of times to let excess chocolate drip off. Place strawberry on lined pan and repeat with remaining strawberries. Chill until the chocolate sets, about 15-30 minutes.
- To drizzle strawberry with white chocolate for effect: Melt white chocolate using the same directions as above. Dip the tip of a fork into the chocolate and drizzle in a zig-zag pattern over the dipped strawberries. Let set in the refrigerator for a further 30 minutes, or until set.

DRUNKEN STRAWBERRY SHOTS
Steps:
- 1. Wash and dry strawberries. Hull each strawberry with a paring knife and grapefruit spoon so there is a relatively large cavity left in the strawberry, being careful not to break the sides. Melt chocolate in a small bowl and dip the bottoms of each strawberry in the chocolate. Set on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet and freeze. Combine vanilla vodka, Godiva liquor, and chocolate syrup in equal parts and fill each strawberry when you're ready to serve. Allow strawberries to thaw for a few minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Put the ginger ale in a saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top and let it absorb the liquid for 2 minutes. Bring the ginger ale just to a boil and whisk until gelatin is fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and whisk in the sugar until dissolved.
- Transfer the gelatin to a large bowl and stir in the champagne. Refrigerate until cooled and thickened slightly (almost to the consistency of a gel but still runny-you can check a few times to see), 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice off the bottom tip of each strawberry so there is a flat edge for it to stand upright; be careful to not cut off so much that there is a hole at the bottom once the strawberry is cored.
- Use a strawberry huller or small melon baller to core out the strawberry, again, making sure you don't dig so deep that you create a hole in the bottom.
- Spoon the champagne mixture into the strawberries and stand them in a baking dish. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
STRAWBERRY SHOOTERS
Tried this at a country music festival and loved it! Easy, a little messy, but oh so worth it! Eat whole, all at once. This will seem like quite the mouthful, but will taste amazing! Enjoy.

Steps:
- To a large punchbowl add 4 cups frozen strawberries, pour a quart wine over strawberries. Let the strawberries soak up wine flavor for few min. longer if u can. Top off with liter of strawberry soda.
- 7up can be used if u cant find strawberry, i would suggest maybe adding a cup berry flavored drink.
Tips:
- Use ripe, fresh strawberries: This will help ensure the best flavor for your shots.
- Chill the vodka and strawberry mixture before serving: This will make the shots more refreshing.
- Garnish with a strawberry: This adds a festive touch and makes the shots more visually appealing.
- Be careful not to over-muddle the strawberries: If you muddle them too much, they will release too much of their juice and the shots will be too watery.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste: If you like your shots sweeter, add more sugar. If you prefer them less sweet, use less sugar or omit it altogether.
Conclusion:
Drunken strawberry shots are a fun and easy way to enjoy fresh strawberries and vodka. They are perfect for parties and other festive occasions. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious and refreshing shot that everyone will love. So next time you have a party, be sure to give drunken strawberry shots a try!
