Add butter and mix low speed to break the butter into 1" chunks. Increase the speed and completely cream butter and the sugars. Add eggs, orange peel and vanilla; mix. Add dry ingredients and mix on low until the dough has formed with a light dusting of flour. Add white chocolate chips and finish mixing by hand. Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 300 for 18 minutes.
Tips:
- For the best flavor, use high-quality orange juice and lemon juice.
- If you don't have orange zest, you can use 1 teaspoon of orange extract.
- If you don't have lemon zest, you can use 1 teaspoon of lemon extract.
- Be sure to chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape.
- Bake the cookies until they are just set. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.

These Dreamsicle Cookies are the perfect summer treat! They're light, fluffy, and bursting with orange and lemon flavor. The creamy vanilla frosting is the perfect finishing touch. These cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
