BANANA OAT BARS
These are a variation of the Yummy Banana Oat Bars on drfuhrman.com. I increased the banana and nuts and added a little apple cider vinegar to brighten the flavor. I love the mix of all the fruits and nuts in these. Just don't tell anyone they are healthy!

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bars will be. You can also use frozen bananas, which will give your bars a creamier texture.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make your bars tough. Just mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the bars until they are just set. Don't overbake them, or they will be dry.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help them hold their shape.
- Serve the bars with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include yogurt, fruit, and nuts.

These Dr. Fuhrman's Yummy, Quick, and Easy Banana-Oat Bars are a delicious and healthy snack or breakfast option. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With simple tips to ensure success, such as using ripe bananas, avoiding overmixing, and baking until just set, you can create a delightful treat that is both nutritious and satisfying.
