1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/3 cup milk
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, stir cookie base ingredients until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Set aside.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup butter, the flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the egg with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup pecans. Spread over cookie dough base. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

1 pouch Betty Crocker™ gingerbread cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans).
  • In medium bowl, stir together Chocolate Dough ingredients until soft dough forms. In second medium bowl, stir together Gingerbread Dough ingredients until soft dough forms.

¼ cup butter, melted
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Set aside 6 cookies and grind the rest in a food processor or blender. In a small bowl, stir together the cookie crumbs and butter until well blended. Press into the bottom of an 11x13 inch pan.

1/4 c vegetable or canola oil
2 Tbsp water
1 large egg
FILLING:
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/4 c chopped pecans
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
FROSTING:
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/4 c unsweetened baking cocoa
1/3 c milk
3 c powdered sugar chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c chopped pecans

Steps:

48 caramels
2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
1 bag (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 teaspoon shortening or vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil, leaving about 2 inches of foil hanging over sides of pan.
  • In large bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, cocoa and egg.
