DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHERRY BROWNIES
I love these and when I bring them into work they do not last long. Also a favorite request at barbques! If you like marachino cherries give these a try, the juice gives them a good flavor and they will not dry out like most brownies, the cherries keep them moist along with the chocolate chips.

Steps:
- 1. Make brownies according to pkg instructions except drain the cherry juice off of the cherries and use the juice as a substitute for the liquid ( milk or water)Chop up the cherries (save some for the frosting) in halves and add them to the brownie mix. Turn half of the mix into the bottom of a long greased pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the batter, then cover the chips with the rest of the batter.
- 2. Cook using heat temperatures and time on the brownie box. Once the brownies have cooled, ice the brownies with milk chocolate frosting and top with remaining cherries, sprinkle nuts on top of the cherries. Yummy!
Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. A combination of semisweet and bittersweet chocolate works well.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the brownies tough.
- Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help them set and prevent them from falling apart.
- Serve the brownies with your favorite toppings, such as ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh cherries.
Conclusion:
These Double Chocolate Cherry Brownies are the perfect dessert for any chocolate lover. They're rich, fudgy, and packed with chocolate flavor. The cherries add a touch of sweetness and tartness that perfectly complements the chocolate. These brownies are sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
