Tips:

  • For a smoother cheesecake filling, make sure all of the ingredients are at room temperature before mixing them together.
  • Don't overbeat the cheesecake filling. Overbeating can cause the cheesecake to be dense and crumbly.
  • Bake the cheesecake in a water bath. This will help to prevent the cheesecake from cracking.
  • Don't overbake the cheesecake. The cheesecake is done when the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating it. This will help to prevent the cheesecake from sinking.
  • Use high-quality chocolate chips. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the cheesecake.
