Tips:
- Use fresh spinach for the best flavor and texture. If using frozen spinach, be sure to thaw and squeeze out all the excess water before using.
- Use a good quality mozzarella cheese that melts well. Fresh mozzarella is a great option, but shredded mozzarella will also work.
- Don't overcrowd the pizza. Too many toppings will make the pizza soggy.
- Bake the pizza at a high temperature so that the crust gets crispy. A pizza stone or baking steel will help achieve a crispy crust.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the cheese set and prevent the pizza from falling apart.
Conclusion:
This double cheese spinach and chicken pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of spinach, chicken, and cheese is a classic flavor combination that is sure to please everyone. Whether you're making it for a weeknight dinner or a party, this pizza is sure to be a hit.
