This is a great recipe for Cowboy Beans fixed in the slow cooker; and it is so EASY. It is from the "Fix-It and Forget-it Recipes for Entertaining". I have listed the ingredients for a single recipe, but I always double it because it is so popular where ever I take it. Also, I have used ground turkey instead of the beef with excellent results.
