4 cups frozen peaches, thawed and chopped into large chunks
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
6 medium firm bananas, chopped into chunks
1 small can frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup lemon juice

2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 can(s) (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 c pecans, chopped
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 c miniature marshmallows

  • 1. In mixing bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir in pineapple, cherries, pecans, banana and marshmallows.
